Vodafone - Terrible customer service, fobbed off and "inferior" 3G network

I understand why you would feel so frustrated by this situation and as you say, the 3g problems are not location specific. As there are times where your phone will be showing a strong 3g signal yet you are unable to make calls. I do not feel that the advice you were given on the phone was satisfactory and I would like to invite you to contact our team so that we can look into this for you.

Without investigating this further. I could not say what is causing the problem. But I feel that it is the least we could do to offer a better service and provide an explanation for why these problems are happening.

It's a shame to hear that you had to go through all that to get through to tech support. I'm glad to hear that the two chaps you have been dealing with were able to help you further and I hope that they are maintaining contact with you until your problem is solved?
