Another vodka worth a mention is Ciroc, or Pinky is a unique but slightly feminine vodka...

Ciroc is Puff Daddy, Sean Combes brand, or product that he endorses.

It's certainly a good shout, though if he's an avid GG drinker, I'm certain he'll have tried Bel at least a few times :p I was hoping to grab him something he's not previously had.

I'd love to know what this stuff tastes like personally, may even grab a bottle for myself over Christmas ;)

I'll ask as I have forgotten the middle ones but Chase came last, Smirnoff second last, Tesco's own label was third last.

Top came Absolut (much to my horror being half Finnish and shock as I also thought it was the nicest), Snow Queen Second and Finlandia third.

I think the two middle ones were Ketel One and Russian Standard.
 
Sorry I know this is a bit off topic.. but I'm having a wee nip or two right now, thing is I enjoy a vodka or whiskey with a pint of Guinness. So tonight I was at my local haunt when the bar man suggested "Greg why not a rum" so he set me up a captain morgans spiced gold with a little bit of cola & finished off with a touch of Guinness - on top to take away a bit of the sweetness.... wow just wow really bloody nice.

So Atari maybe the thing to do is... go a bit left field and try something completely different. I'm certainly not a rum drinker but I really enjoyed that wee twist on a rum. :)
 
Zubrowka ... adore this stuff. Beautiful, flavoursome, rich, clean, smooth.

Especially at this time of year coming up to Winter, it seems all the more appropriate. My wife can't get enough of it either. Amazing vodka. Drunk chilled and neat.
 
Whats with all the vodka selections. The best vodka is the one which makes you suffer less in the morning. For me Smirnoff is light on the hangover. If you want flavour add a mixer.
