Hi,

I need to solder on some Voltage read points for the mods that are my bord

2/3 of them!

I need someone thats Bristol bassed than can do it.

I got the photos of whats what.

Mods are done. All this is soldering a wire on an IC leg so i can mod it from there on!

My mate is away whom watches over me when i do them and i use his kit.

I need it asap as i'd like to bench at the weekend.

Oh and i will pay for you time, bank holiday weekend . . .Beers?

I did a 3.3volt vdimm voltage mod on my nf7-s board with NO electrical experience at all..

i just thought to myself how hard could it be, and printed of intructions

It worked perfectly and was very shocked when i first booted her back up, got into the bios and checked out the memory voltage!

I have the bord already volt modded but i got a problem of now trying to solder to a mosfet. Think it's the tip on my soldering iron. Have brought the tip to work to make it cleaner and more of a point.

I can wait 3 weeks for my mates to get back to the UK to use his kit

Damn pity I'm not closer, a mate of mine has the perfect tool for this. A proper old soldering iron. Literally a block of metal you put over a fire, but it has the smallest point on the end of it.

maybe do the same with a needle or something? (obv hold it with plyers)

Sorted it. Coffie Tek over road from work had some nice ones and i did the work i need in ten mins. There face wit me soldering to a pc mobo where worht every min being there!
