Voltage help?

MY pc has just been built, once it was done i checked the pcprobe (im runnug an asus p5n32-e sli mobo) and everything was fine

then about half hour later i checked again and it came up with this...

What does this mean, and how do i fix it

not related to the problem at heart but you wouldn't happen to have a link for the wallpaper by any chance, 1280x1024 if poss?
