Volume control not working

Using Plantronics dsp 500 / digital pro microsoft keyboard.

Drivers are fine on both, i used to be able to adjust the volume via the 2 buttons on my keyboard and the volume control on the headset... but now i cant. The mute key still works on the keyboard but the volume doesnt.

Ive uninstalled drivers via device manager and reinstalled - to no avail. Its driving me nuts! Having to tab all the time to adjust volume.

Please help

win 7 64 bit btw

Is there a keyboard configuration in the control panel for it or in start menu?

On my old MS keyboard I had the option to configure what each media button does or di, rather.

Yea its all configured fine, all the mapped keys are mapped where they are supposed to be. Ive no idea why they dont work >< but its so frustrating

i use this software 3rvx for volume OSD, it works nicely with my keyboard

not sure if that will make any difference. My keyboard volume works with standard drivers and i don't need to install any software to map the keys.

best keyboard imo
