Guys,

Playing about with the QOS on my tomato configured wrt54 router.

I use a vpn to connect to my works network through an AT&T network dialler through my broadband connection.

I work from home most days so want to be able to make this vpn traffic priority on the network but im a little confused as to which port it uses.

Any idea?

Cheers

VPN traffic in general does not use ports. Assuming the VPN is IPSEC, the traffic you will need to prioritise is UDP source and destination port 500 for ISAKMP and IP Protocol 50 (NOT port 50) for ESP

These are the standard details for IPSEC, but it may differ depending on the setup.
