Does anyone know if there is a VPN that let's you watch the US version of Amazon Prime here in the UK? Or is it region locked on your account? TIA

They do control what you can watch and what you can't watch. So it very much depends on what it is you want to watch, but no, you don't get access to all the shows in another country no matter where you are.
