VS2008 Debugging

Hello!

I am new to programming, and new to Visual Studio..

I am following examples whilest learning from a book I purchased about ASP.NET... I have built input everything exactly as the book has requested (checked 3 times, so I believe it's all correct)

I saved it, and could start it with or with debugging yesterday... but today I have opened the project to continue working on it, but now both options are blanked out, but nothing has changed?

Any ideas?

Just in case anyone is interested... the website wasnt open in the Solution Explorer...

just kidding, using a design environment like VS can be a bit tricky to start with. You will pick it up nice and quickly though once you have used it a lot for a few months.
