Vsync stutter in every game

Well I've used it on so many games, I've had it for over a year and not had ANY of these issues. The only game I had an issue with was COH2 and it didn't seem to like G-Sync but I think that's been sorted now.

I play A LOT of games. It makes me think there is a problem with your GPU's/drivers. Have you tried using DDU then clean install of new drivers? Tried the cards independently?

I rma'd the two cards and got new ones from MSI, issue still persists, fresh install, still persists, dev builds still persists, different g-sync screens still persist.
And it happens on my guest rig too, so i doubt it's my end as i've done everything in my power to test it.
But anyway, this issue isnt about Gsync, it's about V-sync.
