A big welcome from me to VTX 3D Support. It's great to see new Hardware reps joining the forums, contributing to the community and most importantly being on hand to help with issues. As an owner of a couple of VTX 290 cards, i welcome this new addition to the forums. :)

I trash VTX and a rep shows up the next day
Heh I think most of us pretty much consider VTX support as non-existence and that we only have OcUK to depend on in the event of requiring rma or aftersales supports. If VTX rep would be here to listen to feedbacks and sort out issue for customers (particularly those that didn't buy their VTX product from OcUK), it would at least be a good first step in the right direction I would think.

Agreed. Just realised i messed up the link, so that's why the profile didn't work originally. :o

Thank Matt and all, I'm here to help and will always endeavour to ensure everyone is support as best as possible.

:)

Problem is that I was stung by TUL a few years back - if they're looking to turn things around then great but they'd have to be a lot cheaper to tempt me back.
