VTX3 120gb - advise

hi all
im looking at getting the OCZ vertex3 120gb ssd

i have heard both good and bad reviews on this good being its super fast and bad that a lot of people have trouble getting the pc to recognise the drive.

i have just got a I7 2600k with a Arock fatal1ty m/b has anyone used this SSD with this m/b and ifso did it work/ recognise ok?

Problems seem pretty random and from what I have read, don't seem to be down to any one mobo/chipset. It seems to be any SF 2281 controler (I think it is.. basically what is in anything sata3 ocz/corsair/etc). I just went with a 120gb Force 3 and I'll see how lady luck is treating me
