VTX3D 7970 x'ed overclocking in process

Artifacting is probably normal, there are a few glitches in the program which look like artifacts. I would bump up the voltage to 1.2 since you have plenty of headroom with your temps. 1150/1600 is a good minimum you should be aiming for. Hopefully 1200/1600+ if all goes well.

Memory clock - 1500
core clock 1150
Voltage 1.225
Max temp 65c - no change why is this fans not gone to full speed either
Heaven score - 2069

No attracting on this test

Perhaps the fans are just ramping up a little more, or perhaps voltage control isnt working. We will find out later.

Try 1175/1500 now

Yes thats the limit of the core then. to go higher you will need more volts and probably better cooling athough youre temps are quite good. Now try upping the memory clocks, 50MHz at a time.

memory artifacts will be really obvious if you are watching it. Leave the memory voltage alone for now, just keep going up 50Mhz at a time.
