Nothing at all. Hell, the FIA should want them to come in with an all-conquering engine. Because then they get enough ammunition to bring in their "one engine for all" plan.

And thus Formula One dies a death....oh well. I'm sure it'll be a spectacular spec racing series for the two years before all the teams get bored and quit....
