Ye thats understandable is a bit of a trek, me f355 and ci_newman were looking out but ust couldnt put a face to the name.

HA ye the guy I went out with in the astra said nobody else must be doing their job because everyone was driving like idiots.
 
We took about 3 1/2 hours each way to get there but we took a mates van so I was chilling in the back watching a film!

It's surprising how much the instructors differ, most of the decent ones just let me get on with it, with some decent tips etc... one guy was getting me to trail brake pretty damn hard into the complex which was fun.

Wish there was a track that was closer to me.

SolidD, i'm sure I saw your st220... were you in the red team?

Ye they did vary a lot, first girl I went out with wasnt much cop but then the guy in the astra was telling me what I was doing wrong and telling me how to correct it and this is when I got the confidence up and was so much smoother and more than likely a lot faster.

What were you wearing? I was in a grey jumper with jeans....

No doubt we would have passed each other a lot if we were in the same group!

Black jumper and pair of jeans. I'm tall bloke with a shaved head (bit burnt from VMAX last weekend :()
 
27 and 36 because i buggered up the garage bit, I wanted another go shame it was only 1 per person. The girl who got taken round at the end in your group was ci_newmans partner.

Also Paul O'Neill what a cracking guy, his lot laps were interesting, had a good chat with him and he pushed on a lot more it seemed the more I talked, trying to scare me I think. He agreed with me about how terrible the vectra VXR was, that thing was an absolute boat and just pushed wide at any attempt.

Were you the guy that was awesome at the autotest with some hand brake action into the garage?

I didn't queue for the performance lap myself, the track session ended before I even thought about it :(

Thats a shame because it was a really cracking drive, great fun to see what could be done with the car, shame they took the remus exhaust of it, sounded alright for a 4pot.

haha yea i did pull it on a bit cos couldn't turn in hard enough. But then stuck it in first when should have been reverse - stupid hat thing on the gearstick. Ended up at 30.5 secs. I think someone else really pulled on the hardbrake hard though so might not have been me :)

Solid, saw you drive off at the end, the 220 looks really nice in that blue. Likewise, didnt want to go round asking " are you off ocuk?" to people :p

Thanks, although it was very dirty today I wasnt impressed with the rain overnight but glad it stayed dry whilst we were there. and ye luckily I pulled up behind F355 who I recognised so had someone to tag along with.

Ah, I think I spoke to you a few times then. What car do you drive, the red integra? If so you rocked the autotest :p

You were stood behind me when both the instructors let loose!
