VXR Trackday - problems

I know quite a few of you guys have booked yourselves in to these VXR trackdays. Well It was coming near the time and no tickets received so contacted the ticket department and to my astonishment they said my order didn't exist! however they were the first to take the £95 out of my account. They emailed me with a phone number however that number doesn't exist anymore.

Getting a little bit worried now I might miss out on this opportunity a long with losing my money. I would double check with the ticket office to make sure you guys are not getting screwed over as well.

They have stopped replying to my emails now so I'm at a bit of a loss!
 
I'd better check mine then, I didn't receive a confirmation email but I could check the order online. Thanks for the heads up, hope you get it sorted.
 
Had problems trying to order more than one ticket when we ordered.

4 of us going and didn't want to order 1 and realise it was the last one etc...

Took ages to sort out! Rang ticketweb to enquire and they weren't even aware of the trackday and swore blind they had nothing to do with it, depsite it having their logo and going to their page to book!
 
Whats the best way to check, I've followed the link on the confirmation e-mail and I know they've taken the money.
I can't find a phone number to contact them to make sure its still on and they have my order? I thought people would have received the info packs by now?

Yea, which is great if you want to go on your own...

Also on the site it says you can do group bookings!!
 
What a bunch of numpties! Managed to get hold of customer services on: 0870 153 5353 and after much arguing and their denial of holding any such event they managed to track down my order and will have the tickets posted this week hopefully.

Worth giving them a ring just to confirm they haven't lost your order. :rolleyes:
 
So does anyone actually have their tickets yet? Its still a month away so I'm not sure its worth bugging them yet.
 
Mines on the 18th next months.

I got a confirmation email, but havent had anything else since. Think its worth phoning just to confirm now?


/edit - Just phoned and they say tickets will be sent out 7 days before the event.

Thats cutting it a bit bloomin fine. Why dont they send them now. :confused:

Not uncommon mate, just about every concert that I have been to I get the tickets about a week or so before the event.
