W800I issue, please help!

Ok i have a w800i as a spare phone, now it never give any trouble before. But now when i say set it down to hard by mistake it will turn its self off, this also happens when say it falls off a chair onto a soft floor no less than 15 cm down. Any one came across this issue before?

I check all the casing and battery etc and they all seem fine.

Yup.

Get a piece of paper and put it around the bottom of the battery.

Stick it back in, should be fine

Happened to my K750i.

Think i have it fixed, took the phone apart and put it back together seems fine now. But i will try that too, as i see how that would happen now.

Happens to me sometimes, I think its the battery as it seems a little loose, try paper like the person above suggested?
