Wage Increases

Because I didn't plan anytihng I never stuck to it, which is a problem I need to plan imo. I took a week off and they called me on the Tuesday as there was an issue in Plymouth so que 600 miles later on the Thursday I was done, I'd imagine sending someone else down there would have cost the company, or should I say the project a pretty penny *notes it down*

to answer the edit, they wont - I save them a fortune, so it's just gonna be a high turnover job for them.
 
Threaten to leave.

[note: worked for me in the past but may not work for you and may also have the undesired effect of the management calling your bluff]
