Pretty much what you said, Spurs have a HUGE squad and don't pay their players anything like what the top 5 do, Arsenal barely pay anyone at all over 100k, and only a few make over 70k a year, yet we have a huge wage bill based on a HUGE squad and we massively overpay our youth players, you wonder why the likes of Hoyte and Randall, Traore hang about not playing for years, because they're milking us for everything they can get frankly.
Stoke will be moving way up the list, but so is their league position and income, Villa, are just mental, O'neill loaded a lot of defenders and random people on the wage bill who rarely if ever play. Some of them have gone, as have a couple big players, wage bill should be way down, Carew, Young, can't remember if Beye did actually leave or not, the other young, Shorey, Reo-joker. West Ham, well they bought Alladyce, got Faye to move down a league, Nolan too, Dioup, Bentley, Lansbury, but have actually got rid of a bunch of players.
Absolute nuts, Ba for free, seriously, Parker for very little, Hitzlegerman for free, Dyer, Gabbidon, Upson, Jacobsen all on free's(not 100% on Upson).
That lot really should have fetched upwards of 30mil and they got smeg all.
