Has anyone clicked through on one of these? Whats the message or method they're trying to push? Just curious.

P.s sorry to those who were expecting the holy grail!

Probably a combination of Winstrol, Ephidrine, low carb diet, low calorie diet, high rep weights and ridiculous cardio I guess?

I know the adverts your mean.

Generally in the 'before' picture they are in a reasonably good shape, carrying reasonable mass, but with a high body fat. In the after picture it's like they've just been on a really effective cut.

I highly doubt it was 4 weeks. A much longer period of time.

The one that makes me laugh was 'I got built and ripped without protein or creatine!!11ONE!1!!'

Good luck building some muscle without protein! Guessing they mean 'whey protein' but made me 'lol'.

Basically they offer 2 drugs of some kind. I know someone who was ripped off by it. He sent payment and never heard anything. It's just a big scam.

the pictures of them after look like a different person, maby they have been photoshoped or something...

I disagree. In the ones I've seen they look similar/the same. Same markings, skin tones, tattoo's etc. All part of the ploy.

Shame he didn't spend that money on common sense pills...

most of the time its the same person, just shot in better light better angle and after a lot of hard work and dehydration.

Could easily make our own.

Step 1: Pick a picture of a 10 stone beginner in the bodybuilding thread.
Step 2: Pick a random product such as Tesco Value Fairy Cakes and re-brand as Beef Cakes.
Step 3: Pick a picture of someone like Freefaller.
Step 4: Promote the message that eating Beef Cakes can put on 6 stone of muscle in only 3 weeks.
Step 5: Display the picture of chosen beginner and Freefaller and promote them as the before and after pictures :D
Step 6: Sit back and relax in your Villa in Monaco

When someone wants to change their body but doesn't want to put in the effort it's very easy for them to believe this sort of thing.

Watch a documentry on steriods called bigger stronger faster, they actually covered these types of adverts in that. They are normally shot in the same day and photoshopped. They even did there own example of it using the guy doing the documentry.

Worth watching by the way. it's quite informative, while not being pro or con steriods.

It's almost always just someone that's decent nick but hasn't trained in a while then cuts up. Very little photoshopping to be honest although good light will help

I did it and in 4 weeks lost 2 stone and put on 5lbs of pure muscle. For more details send me £15 via paypal and i will tell you this near magical secret.
