Doubt it, offers usually do not work with each other, so you would have to work out what is better if you are a forum member. 5% will be good for larger purchases, and free shipping for smaller purchases.

Not entirely sure why people are upset that both offers cannot be used, yes it would be more discount, but at least you get free shipping all the time, a lot of our customer base do not even get that if they are not signed up to the forum and entitled.

This is going to sound a little bit**y but you have basically put up a thread on the forum so that your non forum customer base can get a discount. Seems a bit pointless for the forum members.

Appreciate that it will still be beneficial on large orders versus free P&P and think it's great you can even provide discounts such as this, but I also think the forum community has a point.

Heck you could always take away free P&P and cause uproar! See how the forum community likes that.

There are also forum members which are not entitled for the free shipping, also a lot of users which browse the forum which are not members, who also do not have free shipping.

Why should they be left out?

Plus if you spend more than £250, the 5% discount will be worth it for you.

And why would we remove the free shipping because you are not getting what you are wanting?

Pretty silly if you ask me.
