you what now?!?!? its more bug ridden than it was on release day, every good aspect that was from pre-cu/cu has been removed, although bits are being reimplemented in a bid to get people back but it aint really working. the playerbase on some servers is none existent, which for me is a real killer in an MMO if theres no-one there. the game seems to have become more and more laggy over time, doubt the lava cannon being spammed helps much...even the interface (which most people have changed back to pre-nge) looks very rushed, and ugly.

need i continue?

yes at the end of the day some people still enjoy the game but the vast majority who used to play do not, we do not like the now linear professions, the way everything seems to be handed to people on a plate compared to how it used to be...and need i mention the state of the economy due to being able to loot everything completely destroying crafters

tbh the only good thing to come out of the nge were the noob missions and some story missions.

sorry, disgruntled player really needed to get that off his chest...ill be quiet now
 
x-wing and tie fighere games are pure class!

x-wing alliance is great

also rebel assult and rebel assult 2 aint bad :) sort of first person shooter/saber-ing as well as flying x-wing style

Totally correct.
 
I'd vote for X wing alliance, was a fine game in it's day - I don;t think any of the otehr X Wing/Tie Fighter games would run on a current PC.
 
Star Wars: Supremacy. Basic graphics for this day and age (it is about 10 years old mind) but still a pretty good rts - I always really enjoyed it and still have the save games on my comp in case I ever install it again.

Also Homeworld II has a star wars mod out which absolutely rocks.
