Want an extra 5GB storage with Dropbox?

sorry call me thick.:D I already have a account that came with my htc phone.....It automatically uploads pictures when ever i have a wifi connection.

What exactly do i need to download and then upload?

No, install the dropbox client on your PC, attach a USB device with lots of pictures (or videos!) on it, and let it upload. You need to upload 3GB to get the 3GB additional dropbox space.

You only need to upload 2.5GB since the first picture you upload gives you the first 500MB, and every 500MB uploaded after that gives you another 500MB space.
 
so i could really just take a massive long hd videon on my phone and let it upload over wifi and then delete once i got my bonus stuff?

EDIT i already have dropbox on my phone ???? so do i just keep using it as it is?

i cant find any different versions online to install to the android phone?

i use it a lot so could do with the extra space.
