The law for retailers online is pants. Basically any DSR products which are returned we have to refund; we then can request that the payment is for "usage/misusage/damage" but imagine trying to get that authorisation? The only option a company then has is to take legal action against the customer to retrieve lost funds.
This option for OcUK is not something we would do due to the workload, time and cost involved in starting a small claims court procedure against somebody. Plus we don't want to be taking legal action against customers. Would you shop with OcUK again, regardless of whether OcUK was justified in doing so?
