Want to build a brand new system from scratch (A BEAST)

I would buy the RAM now, may sound stupid, but prices are going to rise come September, im thinking of buying some up just to sell on later.

how come? why are prices goign to rise ? is it worth investing in buying a lot of RAM now ?
 
I wouldn't say a lot, in case it doesn't, but as the prices have crashed, manufacturers have lost their profit margins and so will slow down production (supply) to increase prices again. Also i am pretty sure that DELL and the likes mass buy after summer in the run up for Christmas, pushing up prices again.
