Want to buy my first SSD

But I have concern.

1) Does a SSD support installation of Windows XP, Vista and 7?

2) I am a user of SteadyState for 32 bit OS, and Faronics Deep Freeze for 64 bit OS, do they work on a SSD?

3) Most of the activities that I involve in using my desktop PC are games and browsing with a little bit of Office work, would I notice a significant faster response time compared to conventional hard drive technology?

Thanks in advance!

Crucial M4's seem to have a good rep. I've got a 64gb one and it's brilliant (after installing the 0002 firmware anyway).

Edit: nvm, didn't see the last post.
