want to buy new board for about 80quid tops

hi i want to buy a new board , 775 socket - whats my best bet?

plus my HardDisks are a 1 seagate barracuda (ST3200826A) 200GB & 1 Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 (HDS722525VLAT80) 250GB....dont think they have SATA connections and neither does my DVD RW by NEC.

is that a problem?? please help cheers guys
