IRacing is yes. Its bloody brilliant but can get costly. It's very serious, you do have to race proper, ie have some sort of race craft about you and does not attract typical boneheads, well the rookies has its fair share lol. It really is like a proper online racing career.
Project Cars 2 is great Cavallio, its probably the most flushed out Single player along with Forza 7 but thats quite arcadey. Practice, Quali and races, full pit crews, manual pit entries and exits etc. I think it might suit you best. AC is excellent as well, for content and handling better than PC2, but its Single Player career if you can even call it that is terrible.
I've actually started another Project Cars 2 career, but trying to play it with more realism ie no HUD from helmet cam etc. Sorry for the plug, but so you get an idea.
