Snazaroo face paint - they sell it in Tescos these days. It stays on kids faces all day so it should stay on yours.
It will also turn your pee red. There are more fun ways to kill your liver like vodka for example.
Take a lot of Rifadin Syrup and you will turn yellow in no time at all....it won't wash off either.

Morph suit, then wear homer's clothes over the top and draw homer's face on the suit.
I don't really like the morph suits but they could work for this.
