want to get a game from D2D, any reccomendations?

Ok i want to get a game from direct to drive now, and let it download, i really cant think of any games i want, i have these right now:

CSS
BF2
Medieval2
Company of Heroes
NFS:Carbon
Oblivion
GTA:SA

Im looking for something fun, would prefer a FPS or RTS, but will try anything really, Please dont suggest FEAR it scares me lol, or SupCom, dont really want that.

i wouldn't quite put it that way. It's good until you get over how nice the game looks...but then you run in to the monsters. Hmm.

HL2...now that's what i'm talking about!

Well.... the monsters are an important part of the game, and force you to use a different combat style than when facing mercs. People writing off FC because of the trigens would be a bit like me writing off HL2 because of the zombies (I didn't like the Ravenholme level).

I just completed the game today. Thanks to the Trigens, Dam is definetly one of my favourite levels in any game ever. The start bit is awesome, I wont go further cause of spoilers though

Be aware that the top games from Direct2Drive are generally only available in the USA and not over here, such as supreme commander, Neverwinter Nights 2 etc.

Far Cry is good though, but to be honest requires a lot of time to play it properly (as stealthily as possible, imo) which I personally don't want to use on games any more.

I dunno, ive only ever used Steam. Maybe the ModDB store? They opened recently and may have FarCry. Worth a shot!

Spellforce 2: It's a really cool RTS/RPG. It's like Warcraft 3 mixed with Diablo. It's fun.
