headset is just a cheapy as i won't use it much
 
switch the core2duo to a lower priced 6300 and save some pounds and spend the extra on a quality 500watt psu to power the lot. Some decent kit that will need a good psu.
The 6300 will clock very well and will give you enough gaming power to match the nvidia7950, might want to look at some some 7900gto s as they are getting good reviews.
