Wanting to build my first pc

I kinda know a few things but would appreciate some help as am pretty new am looking to spend maybe £1000/£1200 a rather into the rgb look like the argb braids rgb corsair memory etc if someone can give me some ideas on where to start would be amazing thanks for reading my post
