Warcraft 3 and Vista problems

Just got my laptop this morning and it's on 64-bit Vista. Trying to install Warcraft 3 and on the autorun screen under Install Warcraft 3 is the message: "Windows NT is NOT SUPPORTED for Warcraft 3" and when I click install it gets to about 70% up then stops. Any ideas?

Try running the installer in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode. If the problem persists, you may also need to right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.

Should do the trick, hopefully

Create a blizzard/battenet account and register your cdkey to your account. You can then download a WC3 client from blizzard/battlenet that will install and work. Thats what I had to do for Vista(64) and then Win7(64).

Thanks for replies. Eventually found out how to change the compatability mode and it worked
