Warhammer Beta problem....

So..got an invite via email today,inviting me into the beta test :D

Problem is,I can't download the client or login to the testers forum,both complain that either user/password is incorrect.I use the login details that I use to access the warhammer website.

So,anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
 
try resetting your password, then wait for 5-10 mins before logging on
had the same problem, im as from today also in the beta !
nearly done downloading
 
Thats very kind of you.My username is 'Exrayteddy' and my password simply shows up as '***********'...that good enough? ;)

Got it sorted now,downloading the client..still wont let me in the forums though.Not to worry :D

Just had this from the support team

'Hi There

Welcome to the Beta. Please note that it takes a little time for the account server to synchronize with the patch server which will cause the problem you have described. Please wait about a half hour or so and try again.

Forum access is added to each beta account by hand and is generally done once a week. If you are one of our new beta testers please be patient and you should have your access within a few days.

I wouldn't panic you lucky people, read this on another forum today by IainC one of GOA fellas:

'If you got an invite and are wondering why you can't log into the beta forum, don't worry. Your forum account needs to be created separately once you've accepted the NDA so allow a few hours for that to happen (it's not an automated process).'
 
Its explained on the beta forums why you cant login at the moment. Read the thread entitled "End of the Battle" in the announcements section
 
If you use funny characters it doesnt work on the password screen, stick to the alpahet and numbers and you should be ok
there is a post somewhere on the characters that are invalid

not entirely sure if they have fixed it but worth checking before hand
 
Ah, could be, have to wait for it to be activated and then you can read them, very useful forums. If you're new to beta make sure to read all the stickies, a lot of useful info in them
 
Against NDA, cant say anything other than being in beta, anything concerning any ingame information or content of posts on the beta forums is a breach
