Warhammer DX12

I realy dont get the AMD smashing Nvidia in DX12 comments here, the 980ti/furyX/TitianX/1070 are all within spitting distances which iws what you of each other which is what you would exspect with the 1080 being 15% ish faster. The 980/970 are a little more behind than the 390/390x but that's about it.

gpu-z states my 270x dx version is 12(11_1) , does this mean the card supports proper dx12? i know its a dx11 card originally.

i get confused by this thats why i asked as ages ago i had a 8400gs hdmi model and it was dx11 by gpu-z, but any info on the net came up with dx10 lol.

on another note, i have some older warhammer games and they pretty cool, reliving childhood in a way, like the first world of warcrafts before going 3rd person.

Yeah Its more for the more low key cards that a lot more people own. The biggest difference would be the ones that are closer to each other in dx11 like the 390 and 970. Though recently, apart from doom, the 390 seems to be giving the 970 quite a hiding anyway then the gap extends in dx12. The FuryX is behind the 980ti in dx11 and just pulls level or slightly ahead on dx12. Still early days.
