I just downloaded it, and took it for a spin. Just had my first online match where I tried to play the game properly, doing all the objectives and such once I had mastered the controls and vehicles. It's one of the best multiplayer experiences I've had in a very long time! The graphics are unreal, with zero slowdown, and the dogfights are intense. I love the controls, with the ability to hover or flight with the touch of a button. Not once was I frustrated with any of the controls or mechanics in the game. The PS3's real killer app is finally here.

If you want to add me to your friends list for some Warhawkage tonight, add my tag in sig :) It's an amazing game, and 20 quid for it is a steal. Worth buying a PS3 for in my opinion if you can afford it.

I agree though, best game I've played in a long while. Suprised it didn't rate higher in the reviews, I guess it's exciting because it's the only game I've spent more than 10minutes on the PS3.
 
i have been waiting for a PS3 game that makes me want to go out and buy the console. is this it??
 
IMO it's what battfield was to the PC, and excellent online game :)

And because it's online only it's seems to have benefitted from it as Icognito have made sure the game is balanced just right. The Warhawks are so much fun to fly.


Definately what the PS3 needed, if you enjoy online gaming this is great...

Lag free also :D
