hi

i got this at the weekend , its the first time ive played it and its great , really enjoying the online , i might be tempted to get the addon packs , are they worth it?

also has this got single player or is it just online?

It has a single player training mode that can be useful for getting to grips with the warhawk itself, other than that it's online only. Personally, now that they're £8 for all three, i think the expansions are well worth it, the gunship is an utter beast if it's fully loaded, while the APC isn't the best vehicle ever it is very useful and the map that comes with it is great and the jet packs just add so much to the game.
 
It kinda works on a map by map basis, it's impossible for more than one addon to be running on any certain map at the same time, however servers do have map cycles going that will include a map or two containing vehicles from each expansion or even the expansion maps themselves.

I would say it's worth just getting all three at once as it would cost more to buy the expansions individually.
