Fantastic.
I had to phone up the Post Office for a friend who forgot her password and I interrupted some irish guy who had just been out for a chinese for him and the others on *** helpdesk, and right from the off, we had a laugh about it, gettign caught out etc, but importantly, the help was crystal clear, we joked all the time and overall the support was so perfect ( Well neither of us are english so that helped - LOL ) that I made a decision there and then, that if / when I moved from XLN, its the post office that I will be moving to without a shadow of a doubt.
Of course its early days, and who knows, but when more people are using their service, things may ver ywell change, but from what I have seen so far... Post Office have done themselves a good un with broadband so far... I hope they keep it up.
