Warranty Direct, who else should i look at?

i'd try Focus STOC or similar and ask around.

Dealers can be a right bunch of usless twonks when they want.

If he gets the mountune conversion they wont mind. The mountune is ford warranty approved.

What about the exhaust im fitting though? Thats not a Mountune item.

My Eisenmann had no effect on my BMW (albeit done through another company) warranty.
Or at least that's what the dealer said. Sod's law says it's void if I need to claim though

Are you dead set that you want to do this using your own parts and not just get yourself down to mountune ?

If so then its pointless asking about ford warranty as they won't cover it. You won't be able to buy a warranty from anyone so you may as well just forget the idea and go it alone.

Warranties that do cover mods are generally full of clauses that make them not worth the paper they are written on.

Somebody may be able to correct me, but i've never heard of a reliable warranty company that will be guaranteed to pay out when you need it that covers mods.

Well i have bought the exhaust already, have the DV26, other than the map and intercooler i think i have it covered. Guess i will just leave the money aside as suggested.

Contacted Warranty Direct who now cover what in their eyes is "performance cars" and i am awaiting a reply from them. Whilst im waiting are there any other companies worth contacting?

Most Warranty cover will not cover modified cars. Edit: Woops you've already been told that.
