Warranty question

Is a warranty valid if a product is bought from orginal owner?

So if i buy used motherboard, is the warranty remaining on the item valid, and can I claim on it so to speak?

if you have the reciepts then i dont think it matters who bought it.

If theres no receipt?

then like anything else, if the company doesnt need a receipt then it wont matter who bought it, most places only care the product is a) brought from them and b) still in its warrenty period, i dont know of any company that would remember who actually purchased the product.
so in short, ask, worst they can say is no.
