Warrior Nun (Netflix)

I got the whole thing with Eva just wanting the life she missed out on and being prone to poor decisions due to it but there was a point i just thought "Wow, you're just a dick!" :)

btw the wee one, who we referred to as female Zac Efron throughout is oddly 28 years old, looked about 16 in the bait. She's Spanish but Id have swore she was Zac's sister.
Bloody hell, your not wrong! Thank you for pointing it out  I'm not going to be able to unsee that now.:p

It's OK-ish.... an easy watch, not particularly grounded (like I don't mean the obvious magical elements but just the silly - big corporation with armed goons on call etc..etc..) kind of like a less good Buffy the Vampire Slayer for Gen Z.

yea watching the trailer just makes me think of a buffy reboot....

Guess I'll give this one a miss

It was entertaining. The scenes, costumes and production value were very very good.

However, the story made the lead character so annoying, to the point where I was hoping she'd get that halo ripped out of her (what a brilliant twist that would have been - like how Game of Thrones had the ability to kill seeming lead characters wand keep the audience on edge).

Imagine being so weak-minded that you have to let other people make your mind up for you.

Nothing about weak-minded. I have read other reviews regarding the program elsewhere too, also watched the trailer and it didn't invite me. This gives me enough evidence to accurately decide that the program will not be for me due to what my personal interests are in the genre and so on, yes very week-minded. Therefore I have a saved a few hours of the precious time I have on this earth.
On the other hand, imagine being you posting condescending posts towards others 50% of the time on this forum, I've seen plenty of dick moves from you. I'm not sure what inner issues you have that determines you to project on an internet forum with negativity but it's really not a good look. I would ought to get them checked out, your actions and words make you look an utter so and so... But then again, your name fits, maybe you are just a hostile little man through and through, it's really quite sad for you really.

Isnt that the whole point of reviews? You select a reviewer that you may have like minded tastes and read what they have to say to save yourself the time watching something you wont like? If it wasn't then there isn't any point in reviewers existing

His comprehension levels do not go that far.

I watched this a while back ... I thought it was a pretty middling show ... it's not terrible but felt a bit hammy in places, but I enjoy supernatural stuff and so thought it was interesting from that angle. I'd watch another season of it, but it's the kind of show you'd have on while doing something else, not something that you'd devote all your attention to.

Also when they mentioned a tarasque (which I guess is a common fantasy creature just one I don't see talked about much) then it kept reminding me of some DnD memes I stumbled on one time (despite not really liking memes and having never played DnD just thinking it might be cool).

Tarasque are one of those European mythical creatures which is these days better known from D&D as a creature which bares little relationship to its mythical roots.
