Was I flashed?

A HADECS-3 speed camera. You see them often in variable speed limit / smart motorway areas.

Can't comment on them flashing, but one of these caught me on the M25 at the start of the year, ticket showed 82mph, no VSL, no traffic on the road and my car was the only one in the picture(s) - and it was from behind.

Opted for the speed awareness course, at least I got some biscuits and coffee included in the price
