Well I can't really talk because I've done it myself but yes you're in the wrong, although nowhere near as much as she is.

I personally think it's ok because she has a boyfriend and it takes 2 to tango so it was her choice to give me her number and get off with me.

This is quite true and as I've said she was far more in the wrong than you are, but I've been there when my actions have caused a really huge painful split up a year and a half later and believe me, it doesn't feel good.
