I remember seeing a thread where someone posted a bunch of pics of mega Gadget Show win they had.

This is the only tech-related forum I browse, so assume it was here, but I can't get search to accept "gadget show" as an enclosed search term.

Don't think so I would have remembered that thread, surely. Only thing I remember is when TGS themselves did a feature on it, visiting the guy. He had a room FILLED with goodies. Lucky sod.

I hate the Gadget Show comp (mainly because I haven't won it). What's the point of giving all that stuff to one person. Pollyanna should spread it around and make a lot of people happy! Okay that last statement came out wrong.

Or even sell half and give it to a charity/tramp/Japan.

Giving half the gadgets to charity or a tramp sort of defeats the purpose of it really. I do agree that it is an insane amount of stuff for one person to win.
