Was mad?

I would love to know the story behind this RMA been succesfull. I have sold graphic cards on eBay and stated that whoever wins this auction they would be no warranty given from the manufacturer. The cards have been well within warranty.
 
Ahh ok.

Well I tried contacting VTX3d but no reply. So i contacted the UK Distributor for VTX3d (same place OCUK would get cards from) according to VTX3D this is where ALL VTX3d cards go to get into UK market.

I told them the retailer wouldn't help anymore due to various reasons and im left with a faulty card that's within warranty.

They helped me contact VTX3d, Who then agreed to RMA it Via Distributor.

A long while later its been replaced
 
You have done really well and have been rewarded nicely for your efforts I will definitely keep that in mind what you said. I think I would still avoid eBay buying my new graphic card when I decide to upgrade and stick to overclockers. I was wondering if you bought the other card that had the same fault?.
 
I'm surprised they didn't exchange it for one of the amd 7990's. Would have thought there would be more of those available than the vtx variation.

I asked them not too, Simply because i had all ready spent £120 on a waterblock for this type of card :P
 
Will do. I haven't had time to put it back in after applying the water block.
Will finish it tomorrow and see how far I can overclock
