Washing machine not spinning

Hotpoint, Ariston and Indesit are all the same comopany these days, Indesit being the really budget brand of the company.

Might have burned a winding out I guess, or maybe one of the relays that switch the motor has gone. Bosch normally have a very good reputation on washing machines, sounds like you might have got a duff one. What model is it?

Off the top of my head i think it is a WVF2402 Washer Dryer. I dont think i will bother with a motor replacement considering it is about £130 for the part!

I have found that Zanussi for £330 on a well know site 'dick n sons' including delivery with a bit of a discount thanks to google ads!

Considering John Lewis flog Zanussi machines with their good warenty, they must be fairly reliable?
