Watch out for parked builders vans...

Well if the number plates havent been copied and pasted then i would have to agree that they are.

Bit bloody sneaky if you ask me, but i suppose if u dont break the speed limit you have nothing to worry about ;)

I was under the impression speed "safety" cameras always had to be highly visible (ie marked up) also that they can only be deployed at accident blackspots?

I believe that law is now defunct and they can hide them wherever they want.

I might be wrong, but I'm fairly sure I remember seeing it on the news.

last week in telford, on the newport bypass, i saw a white transit van with storage space on the roof for plumbers pipes etc parked up in a layby, upon passing it i noticed it had the two holes in the top of the van rear doors(like the ones used for number plate checks) looks like they are getting sneaky

Doesnt the highly Visible rule only apply to perminent or fixed cameras? Gatsos and Average speed cameras and the like. I was under the impression mobile cameras were fair game, its not like the camera guns are yellow is it?
