Me being the complete retard that I am only remembered what my uncle does (I see him every month practically and ask him how business is even though I didnt know what he does!!). He owns Roy King Jewellers in London W1.
IIRC Roy King (his late father) used to make watches, not sure if they still do, but their bespoke jewellery is what they do best and the shop in London sells their bespoke jewellery as well as nearly all brands of watches. I am going to see him some time this week about getting me a watch, and I will ask him what sort of mark ups dealers put on their watches.
