20 to 30 minutes that's really bad, I am surprised things like this get tollerated lol

Had this issue at my place,

SSD's are the way forward for sure for PC performance and loading times, though simply moving the server from SATA to SAS storage does the job..

Love this, this is a quality way to avoid heavy A/C unit costs, and great for failing AC units with no warranty or engineering cover!
