Water Cooling Questions

Do you mind if I throw in another random water cooling question rather than making a new post - with radiators is there any real difference between using a single 360mm, a 240 plus a 120, or 3x 120's? For example if your case cannot fit a 360, but can fit a 240 top plus a 120 rear.

And is there any difference in say a single 480 radiator, that goes CPU->GPU->Rad and then back to the start vs two 240 rads, where it goes CPU->Rad->GPU->Rad so that after each hot component you're dispersing some of the heat before getting to the next hot component. Or does that not matter?

However, I am not sure ill need all the 90 and 45 fittings.

I can't wait for all this to arrive, as I have sketched it all out so I have a good plan for the install.

Get some more tube if I were you, you have a lot of kit and only two packs probably isnt enough if you make any mistakes... It might not be enough as it is but depends on you route I guess.

I thought id ordered 4 packs, Ill double check that...:o. I was going off the EK configuration tool which suggests ill need 3 packs.

There is no real difference between configuration of rads as you describe. Check out this link for a performance review of common radiators...

Water temperature will equalise after sufficient time, loop order is therefore irrelevant, just be sure to place the reservoir before the pump.
