id get the noctua nb cooler aswell if your going to overclock my e6600 was stuck at 3.4ghz without it and now i have 3.8 on air a big diffrence for little money

Nope, but it will be nice to have if you ever upgrade and for the 30 squid it will hold its value much better.

Apparently its pretty good and for the price is great. I suggested the S3 because its tried and tested, but I think the 650i boards are just as good.

ok cool ... i have never had either make of motherboard before.. but going off what i've heard about Asus they are good.. so i might stick with it or would you suggest going for it.. if so could you give me link to it at oc please ? also is THIS
ram any good for me (overclocking planned) or is THIS ram better ?

out of those two get the ocz cos it has better latency timings.

Go for the 650i as it has 2 pci-e slots, so u can sli or use 2 pci-e divices.
